Swoosh, A.D. means Anno Domini (after the death of Jesus). If Jesus was born after the death of Jesus...That'd be wrong.

Yes, it would, and it is.
Jesus was born around the spring, not Christmas.
Jesus was born "Before Christ".
This is because people are dumb.

Anno Domini is Latin for "In the Year of Our Lord". The idea that A.D. doesn't start until after Jesus's death was started when some idiot decided it stood for "After Death", but it doesn't. Jesus died in (approximately) 33 A.D.

OK i don't not believe EVERYTHING in the bible...I am however a christian but The bible has been translated many times over many years and I'm pretty sure nothing is exactly the same as it was however many years ago it was written....also the bible was written by men Not to hate on all you guys but your gender tends to have many different views than women do Okay, well first of all, I think it's not a very good argument when saying "your gender tends to have many different views than women do", because the Bible is a collection of historical events and the meanings and duties of following Christ, it's not a book that says "OMG sports rule and girls have cooties" Plus, Jesus was a man. Picking and choosing verses from the Bible is basically making the Bible say whatever we want it to say. If I wanted to prove that NOBODY will go to Heaven, I'll just pick a verse that says "He who sins shall not see the Kingdom of God." But that's not true, because I'm totally ignoring the verse that talks about God's forgiveness and His promise for us to have eternal life if we follow Jesus and accept His forgiveness, but nobody will know that if I only show them one verse! Does that make sense? It is true that the Bible has been translated several times, but not as severely as people like to say. The important things in the Bible remain intact. If you're going to say that the Bible is THAT faulty after a translation, how do we know Jesus wasn't a purple hippo? I'm sorry, but arguing that the Bible is a little less believable because it was written by men is almost like saying that the Diary of Anne Frank is opinionated because girls are more passionate about hating Nazis. No, Jesus was born around 1 A.D. Actually he was born in the 4th year BCE, It's actually 2012 because we miscalculated... I'm totally serious.
