Well, the new Narnia movie is coming out in a little less than a year, and I've been obsessing over Narnia lately, so I wanted to know what everyone's opinion of the LWW movie was. (The 2005 one, not the crappy made-for-TV BBC one...)

It was AMAZING!
But silly old CG Aslan has nothing on my Bodybuilder-Buddhist-Goth-Lion costume.

So true, Allan.
I watched it the other day and I have to admit I was completely blown away - it was so much better than I remembered! All the actors just nailed the characters and the film seemed so EPIC - all the sets and shots were so huge.

Okay, Horse and His Boy was the best one in the whole series.
But I agree that LWW, while classic, was the least interesting book.

Yeah... and the sad thing is, it's the one that every one of my teachers and/or Sunday school teacher wants to read to us...

The Horse and His Boy is totally like my second or third favorite, behind possible the Magician's Nephew. Allan's right, that book totally pwns. ... I don't remember anything from it though. Except there was an indian chick and a talking horse and his boy. Dude, now I wanna reread Narnia. ;_;

You all are crazy, The Horse and His Boy was so... boring and redundantish. Oh well, to each their own.
It's hard to pick favorites, but I really like Magician's Nephew and Prince Caspian.

I've only read LWW. I've been meaning to read the others, but with all the studying during the school year and Harry Potter over the summer, I haven't had time.
~Tyler, currently rereading GoF, lol.
