When I grow up, i want to move to New York. What I really want to do as of now is to be a Broadway Actor. It's a hard life, but there are plenty of restaurants in NYC, maybe could get a job as a waiter when I'm not in a show.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's a lot of people here's plan. MY plan is to go to NYU and major in Cinema Studies (I want to be a movie director), while working on writing and producing some stage musicals with my good friend, Tyler Williams. And of course, I'd be working at a lot of restaurants and retail stores to help pay rent.

My New York plans are to go to NYU/Julliard and live in an apartment with 5 roomates and a dog and work as a waitress or at starbucks until I can audition and get into a show and or workshop. And to just go out, explore, and enjoy the city that never sleeps

I'm not certain that I'll live in New York for an extended period of time, but I wouldn't mind it if my career led me there to work on musicals, perhaps with my good friend Swoosh Jones.
I would like to at least visit the city sometime in the next 3 years. Better start saving up now....

I'm not sure if I'm gonna rent a dorm room at whatever college I go to or find some other place- I'd like the freedom to choose roommates outside of my school, so I don't think I'll be doing the dorm room thing...

Some schools require freshman students to live on campus. You can't live off-campus until you're an upperclassman. For my college situation, it is more economical for me to live on campus.

I want to go to college there (if I can save up money for it), be an actor, and live in an apartment with my bestest friends! Maybe I can work at a clothes store or be a waitress! Allan told me this cool thing about this guy who was an actor who worked as a waiter and every table he waited he had a different personality, acting like different people. I think that sounds cool

That's why scholarships feel so right! ~Tyler, who receives $22,000 in scholarships and student loans each year.

*sigh* I DON'T KNOW WHAT MY PLANS ARE :-( I still want to go to NYC, but I don't know if it's going to be for acting. Physics, anyone? ...no?
Oh yeah, and by Physics I do NOT IN ANY WAY mean engineering. I want to figure out how galaxies and gluons work, not how to hold a freakin' bridge up...
